Villa Eva

New A/C unit ! Bright, colorful, guesthouse villa designed for two guest only/1bed+1sofa bed. Quiet, local neighborhood - 10 minute walk to the happening restaurant and bar scene of Puntas and some of Rincón's best beaches for both swimming, surfing and snorkeling: Sandy Beach, Parking Lots, Pools , and others ( Puntas have steep hills if you are in good shape is an easy walk otherwise a car will be best !). Only 10 minute drive to town square , 5 min to Calipso , Maria’s & Domes beach . The space Villa Eva is a 430 square foot studio - one queen bed with a curtain divider -one couch bed and fully equipped kitchen . The bathroom of this Villa is specially decorated with historic tiles of Puerto Rico to create and art piece designed by owner who’s an artist living in between Miami and Puerto Rico’s fascinating nature to make Villa Eva a space that inspires beauty, relaxation, and happiness! . The back patio overlooks the nature that surrounds the Villa. Guest access This guesthouse villa is located on the same property as the main house on which the property owner, Eva - lives. Located on a safe, quiet, dead end street. The Villa is fenced, and it has space inside for one guest vehicle to park. In order to ensure an early check in you must book from the previous night upon your arrival. House is not suitable for children or pets. Other things to note Puerto Rico is home to a tropical little frog called the "Coqui" - although small in size the Coqui is known for their night time "singing" - bright little chirps that sound like their namesake. To most people it's a beautifully soothing sound of the Caribbean. Weather is unpredictable in the islands and sometimes we lose water and power service although they are reinstated quickly we are prepared with two backup water cistern (645 gallons) . The villa does come supplied with an emergency backup light and battery fans . When water rationing is affecting our neighborhood in Puntas and we have to use the water reserve cistern, the water heater will not work when the water reserve is being used. If you are planning to drink water from faucet please make sure to boil the water first . This Villa was planned with love and creativity. I wanted to make sure to have art and color all around it to blend in with nature. It has that “beachy”layback feel of Rincon where I grew up. The combination of this place reflects in a way that it will definitely make you feel on vacation mode!
