Aesthetically pleasing private bedroom and bath suite in a cozy older home with a very comfortable bed. Centrally located to football (2 blocks), campus, (5 blocks), Ross business school and u of m law, (5 blocks). A lite breakfast is served each morning, on the porch or en suite. The location is superb for campus events and walking is very possible. A parking space in our driveway will be provided. We are Less than 2 blocks from the stadium and 6 blocks from campus. The queen size bed is extremely comfortable memory foam. The reading library is very veriatle. I am an artist and have lots of Art displayed to enjoy. The entry for guests is the front door, we will not use it. The hallway by the front door has a bench for putting boots on. There's also a coat rack for guests. The bathroom is only for guest use. The upstairs hall is great for spreading out luggage etc. there is a frig and a tea, hot water station. A lite breakfast will be served there or on the porch, weather permitting There is a swing and settee on the front porch for relaxing and watching Ann Arbor life go by. The rest of my home is private. As much interaction as they would like. I am very familiar with Ann Arbor and would happily make suggestions. If privacy is preferred I will accommodate . This is a mixed neighborhood of u of m post docs, grad students and owner-occupied homes. It is a microcosim of what Ann Arbor has to offer students and visitors alike. All are very warm, friendly people. The AATA, the city transit bus system, stops 1 block way , the Blue bus, a campus commuter , is 2 blocks away, it is free and runs every 10 minutes most of the time. It goes all over campus...a fun ride. There is a very impressive array of restaurants , shopping, and live entertainment only blocks away. I offer coffee-tea, homemade oatmeal, yougart. fruit in season and other breakfast bites to get you out the door in the AM. I would consider suggestions.
