With direct access to a private beach, Privateer Bay Beach is parts stone, coral and sand, perfect for those looking to treasure hunt and explore. The waters have a coral reef to snorkel. The space This listing is for the private guest studio (sleeps 2). The Main Cottage (sleeps 6) and the entire property (sleeps 8) are available under separate listings. The cottage guest house is a very simple studio with king bed, private bathroom and full kitchen, everything you need to hideaway in this island retreat. Enjoy breakfast and dinner on your private patio, enjoying the spectacular sunrise and sunsets across the bay. Rinse off after a day of relaxing or exploring in the dreamy private outdoor shower. There are walking paths and stairs to get to your accomodations, so individuals that have difficulty walking up a flight of stairs or on level but natural terrain may need assistance. The main cottage is our family's beach house, and a separate Airbnb listing, so there may be adults and children on the property but never in your private guest house or private balcony accommodations. We want to give you all of the privacy you deserve, so we won't bother you unless you have any questions or concerns, at which point we are very friendly and love to help make your stay the very best. We are a relaxed family, and we do not have loud parties or late nights. We may or may not be on site during your stay. Guest access This listing is for the studio guest house above the main cottage. The guest cottage is private to you, and contains its own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony. You will not have access to the main cottage or its balcony as those are private spaces for our family or other guests. You will have access to a parking spot and you will have beach access. Other things to note The cottage is guest ready with all linens provided including bedroom, bath and beach towels. Included in the kitchen stove and fridge along with coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, silverware, bottle opener and wine corkscrew. Provided in the kitchen: trash bags, coffee filters, paper towels, dishcloths, dishtowels, dish detergent, salt and pepper. Provided in the bath: towels, hand towels, face cloths, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Provided for the beach: 2) towels, 2 beach chairs and a cooler. Onsite laundry is unavailable at this time.
