Grocery shopping is 2 min away. Also, you can take a ferry (5 minutes away) or an airplane on the local airport to visit Culebra and Vieques islands. El Conquistador Resort and the golf course are 3 minutes away. Walking distance to Marinas where you can go for a day sail to Icacos, Palominos, Ramos among other islands.
