Cottage in Dallas

The Cozy Loft is a tree house-type setting. This is a one bedroom efficiency space with a loft for a comfy queen mattress. One queen mattress, 1 comfy full futon and 1 cot (if requested). Full bath, mini kit, hot plate, coffee, micro, fridge and grill. You will love it here!! While it is located in a small working class neighborhood, it has the feel of a forest, nestled in the back part of the 1/2 acre lot. The cozy loft is attached to the downstairs cottage which is booked separately. The space The Cozy Loft is your Get-a-Way, so make it your own. You're only minutes from Downtown Dallas, the State Fair, Deep Elum, and the museum district, such as the Dallas Museum of Art, the Kennedy Museum, the Holocaust Museum. My favorite is the Perot Museum. Whatever reason you happen to be here, we welcome everyone from everywhere; and we expect you will be just as welcoming to us. Note: the key to the cozy loft will be up the stairs of the loft, not the main house. Guest access You can park on the circle to the left as you enter the property, or park anywhere but be sure to leave space so you can exit freely. You will need to walk straight up through the main porch and turn left to get to the loft. At night we leave the main house porch lights on; it's helpful to use your camera phone to help navigate the path to the stairs. The stairs lead up to the loft and the key will be left hidden for you. Please lock up when you leave, and sometimes the door gets sticky at different seasons, so please pull hard for the door to securely lock. Take the keys with you while you stay here and if you ever get locked out for a small fee, I will tell you where I've hidden the extra set on the landscape -- Jk. Other things to note I am available to drive you and your party during your stay for a fee. This helps travelers avoid renting a car. I am happy to show you how close White Rock Lake is.
