The back yard in my opinion and as a Realtor owner who has shown hundreds of waterfront homes , has a top 3 backyard space. Peaceful, natural quiet and private. A rare find in fact no other exist when renting a waterfront location. A fire pit in the second backyard waits for your use. This is right down by the special private protective cove. Of course you have access to pontoon boat and the 12 foot aluminium skiff 3 person canoe and or the 2 man kayak which you can use to explore or fish the bayou or bring your own boat to access Perdido Bay & River or head to deep water on the Gulf of Mexico. Life Jackets included. New suite has queen bed, 65" inch tv, couch, table, chairs, book case and view and immediate access down to the water. You will love this space. Other things to note I have a 24 foot pontoon boat and a 12' aluminum Lowe boat you can use free of charge. Same thing with a 2 person kayak and 3 person Canoe. Would be great to tour immediate nearby waterways fish swim. Boat only weighs 100 pounds. If you have a way it would be easy to take boat somewhere else. Will need to sign release of liability and agreement for the responsible use of the boat and water access and toys.
