Welcome to Casa Fani—your relaxing getaway for four! Approximately 10 minutes from the famous La Parguera, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy water sports, beaches, and the stunning bioluminescent bay. Plus, the top unit features a wrap-around balcony—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or taking in the fresh island breeze. Located right on the main road, you’re not far from Boquerón, Combate, and Buyé Beach. Expect a steady flow of cars, not heavy traffic, so getting around is easy. The space Casa Fani is designed to help you unwind and leave the stress of daily life behind. Whether you’re here to explore or simply spend quality time with loved ones, this is your home away from home. Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms for up to four guests. The main bedroom has a full-size bed, and the second has two twin beds—both with air conditioning to keep you cool. Enjoy amenities like Wi-Fi, a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and more to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guest access You’ll enter through the back of the property, right by the parking area, for easy in and out. Other things to note Don’t feel like cooking? We recommend: • Colmado El Moroco: A local bodega started by my great grandfather, just 4 minutes away, offering breakfast, lunch, drinks, and essentials. We’ve even left their menu in the kitchen. It’s currently owned by my cousin Gaby! • Mojitos Jalian y su Toque Criollo: For incredible Puerto Rican flavors and refreshing mojitos, try Ivelisse’s food truck, located right at the Ecomaxx gas station on PR-305. Island living comes with its quirks! Local roosters don't own clocks and love to sing day or night. You'll also see independent community dogs, cats, and the occasional iguana wandering the perimeter (not our pets, just doing their own thing—just let them be!). Please also note that the home is on the second floor and requires climbing about 15 steps to access. Keep these local adventures in mind when booking!
