Whether you're exploring historic sites on Route 66, indulging in local cuisine, or relaxing in the private string-lit yard, our apartment provides the perfect home base for your Albuquerque adventure. The space GET TO KNOW OUR LOCATION: - 6 minutes (2.2 miles) to The University of New Mexico Hospital -7 minutes (2 miles) to Presbyterian Hospital - 8 minutes (2.8 miles) to Lovelace Medical Center - 5 minutes (2.3 miles) to Kirkland AFB (Government Travel Card (GTC) accepted, GOV rates available. Please contact host for more information). - 4 minutes (1.5 miles ) to the Nob Hill district where you can enjoy local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife. -Discover the charming neighborhood of Ridgecrest, known for its tree-lined streets, beautiful parks, and unique architecture. -Old Town is just a stone's throw away, offering cultural attractions, museums, and vibrant events. - The Sawmill Market is a quick 10-minute drive away and is a food hall like no other. It offers a diverse and delectable array of culinary experiences including craft beverages, local eateries, artisanal cuisine, and local events and entertainment. We kindly ask that you please familiarize yourself with our house rules prior to booking: 1. SMOKING / DRUG USE: - Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee. 2. PARTIES AND EVENTS: - Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors. 3. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMODATION: We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well behaved and house-trained pets at our property. To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required for our pet-friendly units, we charge a one-time pet fee of $25 for stays one week or less. 4. CLEANING FEE: - In addition to the base cleaning fee, we will charge an additional $70 for 30 days stay or more. This covers the deep cleaning at the end of your stay. PET GUIDELINES: - Pet Fee: To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance for our pet-friendly units, a one-time pet fee of $50 will be charged for short stays, and a one-time pet fee of $250 will be charged for stays of 30 days or more. - We accept dogs (2 dog maximum) and at the moment, we are unable to accommodate cats. - To prevent any potential damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort. - Please pick up all pet waste in yard throughout stay and before checking out. 4. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY: - Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. 5. QUIET HOURS: - Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times. Please Note: The minimum booking age for this property is 25. We require a copy of your ID to confirm name and date of birth at the time of booking to keep your reservation. Thank you! Guest access You have access to the entire home and its amenities including the outdoor space. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THE PROPERTY: 1. No local guests permitted within 50 miles of property. 2. Our property undergoes quarterly preventative pest control treatments. However, despite our best efforts, it’s important to acknowledge that bugs are a part of life, and occasional sightings can occur at our property. We understand that even one unexpected encounter can be unsettling, but please be aware of this fact prior to booking. 3. We highly recommend that our guests purchase the travel insurance through Airbnb in case of last-minute cancellations. 4. There are two exterior Ring Cameras located on the property. One facing the front door and walkway as well as one on the east side of the property facing the casita driveway. THERE ARE NO RECORDING DEVICES INSIDE THE HOME. 5. There are two other units on the property. They all have separate indoor and outdoor spaces, however, you may hear some noise from time to time during non quiet hours. Please keep this in mind when booking
