Cotton House is situated on a corner lot midway up the hill. The one with the blue roof! It is a "green" house with (17) solar panels and 12,000 gallon cistern to collect rainwater which is sanitized for the house. The pool pump is solar. It has two en suite bedrooms in the main house and a third en suite bedroom in the detached cottage at the rear of the property. There are three window "walls" comprised of floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which recess into pocket frames in the living/dining great room. This creates a refreshing cool breeze that flows through the house all day long. The large verandah pleases sun & shade lovers equally and is lovely for every meal of the day. You will have the hard job every day to pick which of the two lounging areas you are in the mood for. The infinity edge pool is accompanied by a smaller lounging pool perfect for happy hour. The courtyard is a nice, cool spot to relax in the late afternoon. There is plenty of space to park a rental car beyond the remote controlled entrance gate.
