Comfortable studio in the heart of Puerto Vallarta with all the services. Located in the downtown of the city you can walk to the beach, clubs and restaurants. Other things to note Practical study within apartment complex located in downtown Puerto Vallarta, just two blocks from the city hall, three of the cathedral, two of the "Arcos" and is just in the same street of the "Malecón" with the ocean in front. (the building, not the study) The apartment has all the basic services needed and has a terrace (common area) with an incomparable view of the bay. The place has a comfortable bathroom with big shower, air conditioning, kitchen with everything you need, microwave, blender, TV, queen bed and two sofa bed which can sleep 3 people in each and has internet service. You can take a walk along the malecón, swimming at the beach, watching the sunset from the terrace or go out for breakfast, lunch or dinner by walk because everything is close to you. The building is very quiet, has 24 hour security and most departments are inhabited by foreigners who spend some months in the city, so it is a very familiar and relaxing atmosphere. The department consists of two residential towers, each one with terrace and pool. The terrace is perfect for reading, sunbathing, take snack, play a board game or just relax. Despite being a common area do not worry because is difficult to encounter with the other inhabitants. The studio is located on level 2 and the terrace and pool on level 4; The apartment complex has no elevator, so unfortunately is not friendly for people with disabilities or problems climbing stairs, please consider this. It is also important to consider that the building is located next to one of the busiest streets of Puerto Vallarta so if you are a very light sleeper it is important to know this because you will not have a good nigth sleep. (Especially on weekends, weekdays noise is not so much a problem) Please consider that this type of rental is not a hotel, therefore, and especially in long stays, water, toilet paper and soap must be borne by the guest.
