Summer, spring, winter or fall this place affords the true Leadville experience. Small, useful kitchen with all of the essentials - Oven, Stove, Fridge & Sink. Plates, glasses, silverware and coffee maker essentials are included as well! Comfy full bed in one room, two twin beds in the other and a full-size pull out sofa bed in the main room. Sheets and towels included. Bathroom and shower available. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for use. There is a stackable washer/dryer available; Laundry soap and fabric softener sheets provided. Roku TV with HBO & Netflix. Ultra Fast WiFi for anyone who wants to get some work done while they're up in the mountains - or just stream some good shows/movies! Parking: There is plenty of parking on the property.
