Peaceful, serene setting, off the main highway, Gastineau Channel in front, quiet street with low traffic behind. Totally self contained space, comfortable furnishings. Plenty of outdoor space, no smoking in the apartment but there are a lot of outdoor spaces if necessary. Off street parking. You will have full access to the apartment, decks, beach, fire pit, and BBQ grill. We are always available to answer questions or provide recommendations.
