Other things to note Location is near all the best surf spots and just up the hill from Maria’s on the 413. Safe area with nearby casual dining options- a few walkable. The full property is about 10,000 sf - we have quite a lot of outdoor space in the back of the property. We have a water tank and a generator in case power or water are down in Rincon.
