Welcome to the my home. This charming historic home has a unique location right downtown, close to Frenchtown and the Ferry to the other islands. Water island is my favorite excursion. Enjoy our huge wraparound porch, and lounge in our swing enjoying a spectacular view of the cruise ships coming on. It features a large screened in side porch with a BBQ grill where you and your guests can lounge and dine without worrying about getting eaten alive by mosquitos. The space Wake up to ocean views! The wraparound porch features a screened in bbq dining area, and the house also has an indoor dining room, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen and living room with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room so you can stay cool in the endless summer. Keep in mind this is a 100 year old home and some aesthetics may not be perfect. It is priced accordingly. There is a full size washer/dryer, and extra towels and bedding should you need it!
