The property is set directly on the Bras d’Or, with a 60-foot dock, a waterfront pergola and several outdoor areas to move between throughout the day. Mornings start on the deck or at the water, afternoons on the lake with the SUPs and kayaks, and evenings around the fire pit or in the hot tub overlooking the water. Inside, the main level is open and light-filled, with uninterrupted views across the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking — a 6-burner gas range, commercial-style refrigeration and a large island that makes it easy for groups to gather without getting in each other’s way. The dining area seats 8–10, and the living space is designed for conversation and downtime, with a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings. Bedrooms are on the lower level (thanks to the split-entry design), each with natural light and comfortable separation for families or couples travelling together. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite and walk-in closet; the additional bedrooms share a full bath. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the home and grounds.
