The love's suite with rooftop terrace

**OUR SPACE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE** Enjoy incredible sunsets and sunrises in the mining capital from the terrace, balcony, or bedrooms of your next home. Our charming house is located at the top of a typical alley in the city of Guanajuato called Callejón 5 Señores; an alley that is very busy with locals and which is half a kilometer long until you reach the top of Cerro del Cuarto. The space This space is not recommended for seniors, small children, or people with any type of mobility problem or cardiovascular disease. We highlight this point because to get to the house, you have to climb about 120 STEPS. THE VIEW FROM ALL THE ROOMS IS UNMATCHED! In a short walk of less than 5 minutes you will find the famous Callejón del Beso (Alley of the Kiss), La Alhóndiga de Granaditas, Plaza San Fernando and its picturesque cafes, Plaza San Roque distinguished by its Cervantes interludes, the Diego Rivera Museum, among countless restaurants, bars, museums and all kinds of entertainment for all tastes. The proximity to all the city's attractions will allow you to enjoy your trip without the need to travel by car or public transport. Guanajuato is best enjoyed on foot. Our accommodation has a capacity of up to 2 people divided as follows: - On the ground floor is the kitchen, which is shared with all the rooms of the house, it is equipped with all the necessary amenities for short or long stays, you can find a refrigerator, stove with grills, microwave, coffee maker, utensils and basic dishes to cook and serve your food, as well as some bar chairs and a living room area where you can enjoy them. As a courtesy, you will always find jug water at your disposal 24 hours a day. - On the first and third floors there are other rooms that also share common spaces such as the kitchen and terrace. - On the second floor is room number 2, which has a double bed, a dresser, cable TV, a full private bathroom and windows overlooking the entire city. Also on the same floor is the third room. - On the top floor we have our rooftop, which is shared with all the rooms; there you will find a space designed to have the best view of the city, where you can stay comfortably in our outdoor equipment and thus be able to quietly enjoy what Guanajuato has to offer. - We have all the necessary amenities to make your stay pleasant; we have towels in the bathrooms, toilet paper, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, safe, shampoo and body soap. Guest access Our property is divided into two independent spaces, so the reception is located in the El Viejo Zaguán building at Pósitos number 64 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day. In the event that your arrival is after business hours, you will be given instructions for self check-in to the property. (Access will be through a video guide to the property to make it easier for you to find it). During your stay, you will have keys and can access the property as many times as you like without time restrictions. The house is located in a very safe area, so you can enjoy nightlife without any worries. During your stay My husband Armando and I will be available at all times to answer all your questions or give recommendations for interesting places to visit in the city! We don't live on the property, but we're available if you need us; call or text us through any app and we'll get back to you as soon as possible! Other things to note It's a unique and unrepeatable experience that's worth the effort of the climb. However, this space is not recommended for elderly people, people with some type of mobility problem, cardiovascular disease, or poor physical condition. Young children should be supervised on the stairs. And traveling light with luggage (preferably backpacks) is recommended. We highlight this point because to get to the house, you have to climb about 120 STEPS. We do not have parking service, but don't worry, if you travel by car you can leave it in the "Alhóndiga" parking lot which is just a 7-minute walk from the property, or you can ask us for some other parking options or nearby pensions. Use of the terrace is restricted from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM daily to avoid disturbing neighbors or other guests. Ignoring this rule may result in a $1,000.00 pesos fine or, in extreme cases, eviction from the house without a refund. Holding gatherings and/or parties in this area is strictly forbidden.
