Room one has two twin bunk beds plus two additional mattresses. The second bedroom has two full beds, as does the third bedroom. It also has a modern bathroom, comfortable living room, large dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a large terrace for everyone to enjoy. Large parking lot on your left and patio to park jetsky. Guest access On the day of your arrival, a key will be sent to open the locker box installed on the front door. Other things to note -Check in is at 3PM -Check-out is at 12PM -No additional guests beyond those confirmed in the booking -Avoid loud noises in the interior patio -We have a few kitchen appliances available for use, if you have any doubt regarding its use, ask us first. -There are cleaning supplies in the bathroom in case of spills or any other issue. - Do not throw toilet paper, feminine napkins or any other material in the toilet, use wastebasket. -The A/C unit only works with the remote control, which is expensive to replace. If you lost it or damage it, you will be charged a $100.00 fee. -Please do not use candles or any other burnable items. -Help us to keep our sofa. Any stain you will be charged a $50 fee to pay a cleaning company service. -Pets: We are a pet friendly house, because we understand they are part of the family. However, guest are responsible of taking care after them. Please don’t allow the pets in the sofa and beds. We have plenty of patio for them to go to the bathroom, but always remember to keep it clean. A $75 fee will be charged if we found any traces or smell in the sofa or beds. Please cooperate on this regard, so we do not have to cancel pets in the house. ***COVID 19 RULES - Please fill the "Travel Declaration and Contact Tracing Form" left in the kitchen counter upon your check in. This is required by the Puerto Rico government for Covid 19 tracing purposes. - Puerto Rico is requiring masks to all residents and visitors in public spaces. Please also be aware that currently there is a curfew from 10pm to 5am everyday that requires people to stay home at this time. Also hand sanitizer and alcohol are in the counter in case you need to disinfect areas or belongings. - Check Out Instructions: 1. Clean all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom areas. We have provided detergents for your use. 2. Clean your dishes and take out the trash. Outdoor trash can is located to your left in the corner of outside the house.
