Villa in Vieques

Villa Chavaniac is a unique oceanfront property on the island of Vieques, reachable by a short plane or ferry ride from the main island of Puerto Rico. We have a policy of not renting to separate groups so our guests are able to fully enjoy the privacy of the property and its amenities. Villa Chavaniac is professionally managed by local staff. The space The pool sits directly on the ocean. There are ample terrace spaces with seating and lounging areas, landscaped gardens, two outdoor showers, off street parking, electronic security. Villa Chavaniac offers TV, a charcoal BBQ grill, wifi and air conditioning (the sea breeze often allows not to use air conditioning). Beach towels are provided. The main suite 'ESPACE' is at the ocean level. It has three-bedrooms and three-and-one-half bathrooms. The furnishings are high end with unique pieces of Puerto Rican art. The beach in front of the house is rocky and shallow and accessible from the side of the house. It is not fit for swimming, but it is for fishing and further out on the reef for surfing. There is a quiet sandy beach within walking distance of the house. Most of the nice beaches in Vieques are in natural reserves best accessible by car.
