The surf shack Apt #1 is downstairs private bedroom with ocean views. It's great!. Watch surfing right from the apt. You might even peep a barrel while cooking up your food you bought at the local market as the kitchen sink faces the surf. We are nestled between a mini market and a Spanish language school, on the highway, the surf highway. Film surf from upstairs on the rooftop Palapa!! The space Sofa and coffee table, hammock. the big bay window opens completely. 900sq feet The rooom is cool with shiny tile with colors mixed in, the bathroom is in the room. We would be close by and could help out from time to time if needed. Guest access Walk inside the house front door and the Apt is downstairs, watch your step the stair is steep and there are abnormal sizes. The Apt is first door on right, the door locks and there is a second door to the bedroom that also locks. Other things to note Kitchen is shared , we live here, we are a Man a Woman, a Baby and a small dog. It's close quarters, we sleep downstairs and use the hammock, sofa and watch tv/cook during the day, we are often home and you are welcome to use the kitchen sparingly.
