Private spacious home, gated community, with amazing views. Comfortable with everything you need for a fabulous vacation! Private swimming pool, Pool Table, Smart TV, A/C, Solar system, Vitamix, boogie boards, beach chairs, cornhole and towels! Near best beaches, Rainforest, Bioluminescent Bay, horseback riding, tennis/pickleball/basketball and golf. We have been renting for almost 20 years--lots of recommendations including private chef. NOT PARTY HOUSE. No noise after 10pm. Car needed. The space Primary room with King bed and en-suite bathroom, king room, and two rooms with Queen beds. Two individual chairs in living space on main floor pull out to single beds. Guest access Private home, no other guests. You will receive a personalized door code to enter home. Code will only work during specific dates of stay. Other things to note No swimming/pool use after 10:00pm. No loud music/outdoor noise after 10:00pm. Room for 3 cars must park on patio not street No parties No unregistered guests Garbage in the trash bin No smoking inside home Guest agrees to pay any damages
