Enjoy your stay in this modern and comfortable condo at Lake Windermere Pointe. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. The fully equipped kitchen has full size appliances. The space This popular condo is comfortable and relaxing. The view of the lake and mountains from the balcony is spectacular. Enjoy your package such as Netflix on the huge smart TV. Wifi is included. In-suite washer and dryer are available for your use free of charge. The condo is in a lovely complex with a pool (seasonal), hot tub and exercise room. It is steps from the beach and restaurants. A grocery store is a short walk up the hill and the village with a variety of stores, restaurants and shops is a little further on. Enjoy skiing in the winter and golfing and water sports in the summer. Hot springs are close by. Cycling routes are being established. This area is becoming a popular destination for cyclists. Many people come to the valley for health and healing purposes. The hot springs at Radium and Fairmont are popular destinations. Many health care practitioners have businesses in the valley. They are very popular. You may want to book appointments ahead of time. The condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. Several condos could be available if you would like to plan an event for a larger group such as a family reunion. However, loud music and noisy parties are not allowed. You may want to bring your own beach towels if you plan to use the swimming pool, hot tub or beach. Beach towels have been provided but seem to wander. Guest access You will have the whole condo to yourselves. You may use the hot tub and pool (seasonal) and gym. They are shared with other guests. The party room may be booked for larger group occasions. The fob for the facilities is hanging on a hook by the door. Please return it to the hook when you vacate. Other things to note The code to the Cleland Building will give you access to the pool complex. This is a private residence. There is to be no loud music and noisy parties. Quiet time is 11pm to 7am. Security patrols and incidents are recorded. There is a no smoking policy. There is to be no smoking of anything anywhere on the property. The board is very strict about these policies. Fines will be charged to guests. Rules for Swimming Pool and Hot Tub Use: DO NOT use the pool or hot tubs during an electrical storm! A cleansing shower must be taken before entering the pool or hot tub. Proper swimming diapers must be worn by all infants and No running, jumping, or diving.
