Small and beautiful 12 m2 space where you can have comfort and everything you need for your stay. You have a screen with Netflix for your personal account, American and espresso coffee maker, desk/table for working. NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE TALLER THAN 1.80 M OR CORPULENT. The space Whether for work or a visit to Mexico City, you will be in an excellent location between important avenues in the south of the city. You have a supermarket one block away, a shopping mall and movie theaters a 7-minute walk away, restaurants, cafes and even a market across the street every Saturday where you can buy and try Mexico's gastronomic diversity. Guest access If you're a smoker, you can go up to the roof, there's a space. During your stay We are happy to welcome our guests and look forward to welcoming you personally to give you all the recommendations and directions. Gaby or Neira, my co-hosts, will be happy to give you the keys. Other things to note Remember that we recommend this stay for one person. If you decide to take it for two, the space is small and there will be an additional guest fee of $180 per night. IMPORTANT.- For long stays, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged for changing linens and cleaning.
