The space The Villa is unique as it has a pleasant Private palapa, a Private heated pool with a thermo-solar system at no extra cost, (Average temperature 27-29°C winter / 28-31°C summer), within the security of a private subdivision. Make Home Office or School Online, we have installed 2 independent Fiber Optic High Speed WiFi services that allow you to connect some to work, while the rest continue to enjoy. Each of the guests will be able to sleep comfortably in bed, in large bedrooms, which have a pedestal fan in Floor High. There is 1 studio and full bathroom on the ground floor. The cost per night varies depending on the number of guests, always consider this when making your reservation. The house has a private palapa and barbecue for you to enjoy during your stay. For its corner location, the villa has privacy, its cars are sheltered inside the garage and the private one. Guest access The house is totally private, its pool, palapa, garden and barbecue are exclusive and for private use for guests.
