It has a large open living area with lots of great natural light. The space First floor has access to the garage and a bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed, and a full bathroom. There are kitchen, living room and a bedroom with two twin beds and a full external bathroom on the second floor. Third floor has 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms inside the rooms. One has two queen beds, while the other has a queen and a twin. For your convenience there is a free washer and dryer located inside the unit on the first floor in the garage. Filtered water, ice maker, chefs stove - cook your soul away! Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, smart TV + comfy couch and chairs, free WiFi. Central AC / heating. Free parking on site for two cars (or possibly more upon request). Other things to note The house is entirely yours to use. You are welcome to use everything in the house. Please note that we do not replenish toilet paper, body care products or cleaning supplies. We only provide a starter kit upon arrival. We do not provide late checkouts - the cleaning company charges us $100 for each hour of waiting. Also note that it is important to indicate the correct number of guests when booking. We do not allow unauthorized guests who were not indicated on the booking. You’re free to check in anytime after 4PM, but you’ll have to check out by 11AM because that’s when the cleaning crew gets here. Registration number HSR23-002957
