We are located on the North-Eastern Coast in Loiza, PR, with close proximity to outstanding Puerto Rico, must-see sites. Our villa is just steps away from the beach and right in front of the main pool/waterpark. Bring your friends, bring your family, and make the most incredible memories on your own private paradise!!!! The space Villa Blanca has three spacious bedrooms, which include a master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom and two guest rooms, equipped with a full closet, dresser, and bunk beds with one twin and one full bed. Each bedroom has a brand new air conditioning unit to keep you nice and cool while you sleep. The villa also features a second full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious "open concept" living area, and a fantastic balcony overlooking the main pool/water park. Seating in your own private balcony while enjoying the beautiful Puerto Rico sunset will make your soul incredibly happy. Aquátika also offers one-of-a-kind amenities like private access to the beach, mini-golf, kids playgrounds, beach volleyball, grills by the beach, tennis courts, and unlimited pool access all throughout the resort including a beautiful lazy river. **Pool Hours may vary** The resort is extremely private which makes it the perfect vacation spot for everyone. If you're planning a family trip or a getaway with your closest friends, Aquátika has you covered. You may find yourself having a little too much fun with everything Aquátika has to offer, but if and when you want to venture out, you have plenty of incredible and unique activities to choose from. Aquátika is located on the small beach county of Loiza which is about 20 miles away from the metro area and 25 miles from OLD San Juan. Around the complex you will find various bars, local restaurants, mini markets and pharmacy. Major supermarkets like Ralph's and Walmart Supercenter can be found about a 10 minute drive outside of the complex. Guest access AQUATIKA BRACELETS: The use of Aquátika bracelets is required by the Aquátika administration and will have a 1-time charge of $10.00 per person before check-in. The tenant and the occupants have to wear the wristbands at all times to move freely around the Aquátika complex and use the shared spaces. Payment will be set up after the booking is approved. We are certainly NOT a PARTY complex and very specific rules and guidelines have been established by the owner and the resort. If a guest does not comply with said rules, they will be forced to vacate the premises and NO REFUND will be returned to the guest.
