Beautiful off grid tiny home located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. 25 minutes from Vail, 10 minutes from Ski Cooper, 2 mins from the Vail Pass Trail Head, and countless other areas to explore from the property. Despite being off grid, the solar electricity helps to provide all the amenities one needs like TV, internet , and hot water for a shower after a long day in the wild. The space This modern tiny home (also called the Lower Tiny Home) situated high in the Rocky Mountains along a Scenic Byway will give one a genuine Colorado experience with the comforts of a cozy and energy efficient space. Guest access This tiny home sits on 30 acres surrounded by National Forest land. There is another larger home (Snow Cross Inn) as well as another upper tiny home on the property. That said, this tiny home is situated so that guests do not see any of those structures from the front facing views of the house, so it feels very private and one with nature, yet still has the comforts of civilization nearby. Other things to note - We love pets, hence want to accommodate your furry friends. To help compensate for the added cleaning time pets require, there is an additional fee per booking which you can see under Additional Fees. Any guest who brings more guests or pets than noted in the booking will be charged double the extra guest or pet fee per night. Please just be honest up front!
