Within walking distance to beach, playground pickleball and tennis courts The space This is a recently built garage and 3 bedroom loft overlooking the lake that we have just recently completed and are offering it for short term rental. We now are fully air conditioned with central air Guest access The loft built above the garage has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and living room, fireplace, full bathroom, large deck complete with fantastic lake views and beautiful star gazing Other things to note Dangerous animals on property - You are in the Boreal Forest, do not leave trash or food outside overnight. 󱠃 Amenity limitations - There is Wi-Fi which is pretty good but it is more rural than what's available in the city 󱤗 Must climb stairs - Stairs to access the deck and cabin. 󰐂 Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000. The deposit amount may change before you book the home. Additional Rules The Cabin is to be cleaned and all garbage and recycling to be removed. There is a Dump Approx 3 km down the road. The cost is Approx $3 per bag. This is Bear country so absolutely no garbage is to be left onsite.
