Beautiful Sunsets. 10 minutes from the bottom of Red Hills road, by the Total Gas station. Newly renovated, this room comfortably fits a maximum of 6 persons. Ideal for families, global citizens and frequent travelers yearning for home away from home feel. Guest access Guest will have full access to the kitchen, bathroom and the Observation deck During your stay I'm available anytime via phone throughout your stay. My brother Marlin co-host is available locally Other things to note Any guests caught smoking inside the unit will have to pay $100 smoking fee plus any excess cleaning costs or damage. An additional cleaning is recommended every 7 days for longer stays. Guests who stay longer than 28 days will be responsible for the cost of electricity usage exceeding $20,000 JMD per month during their stay. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: - If available, early check in -- up to 2 hours prior to check in time-- or late check out --up to 1 hour after check in time-- is complimentary.  - Confirmed Early Check in or Late check out will accrue a charge of $25 (USD) per hour. All times will be rounded up to the nearest hour.  - Luggage storage is always complimentary when available. - Guests needing to check out after 2 p.m. will reserve the following day as well. Due to local laws, there is also an additional $25 USD cleaning fee if you check in or check out on a local holiday. This money goes toward the required holiday pay for my cleaning staff. Since electricity is very expensive in Jamaica, I do request that my guests help me to conserve electricity by turning off the AC units, Water Heater and lights when they are not using them (especially when they leave the house). Guest who prefer to just leave them on throughout their entire stay may do so by paying a $20USD per night utility fee ($30USD per night from May through September). Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500 USD
