Private room with pool in shared apartment

Shared apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which ONE BEDROOM for 1 or 2 pax with closet and ONE of the shared full BATHROOMS is AVAILABLE for rent. It has a kitchenette, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, glasses, plates, cutlery, and microwave in the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Washer-dryer that you can use ONCE a week. The space Relaxed, harmonious, warm, clean, safe, reliable environment. Guest access The subdivision has 4 swimming pools, grills, pergolas, bathrooms, showers and lounge chairs for common use which can be enjoyed until 10-11pm in that area. At the entrance there is a pen with a surveillance booth who also patrols the private ones, it is in a closed subdivision with a circuit of cameras in common areas, cleaning and daily maintenance, good lighting and green areas.
