The space The property is newly renovated, including 2 houses, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, 2 living rooms, Pool and Garden. Front House is an over 100 years old Colonia House with High Ceilings, Stone Walls, The Entrance Corridor and Kitchen, Sala area have been painted in the Yucatan Art way, which matches the original pasta tile floor, 2 bedrooms (Including 1 Master Suits) with its own bathroom, plus a half bathroom for guest use. The 2 floors Back house, which is separated by the large garden and pool (4mX8mX1.5m), is a new building which continues the Yucatan Art and Culture, Kukukan Stair, Colonia Arch, Mexican Pink.... First floor has 2 spacious studios with its own kitchen, bathroom, Second floor is a 2 bedroom apartment with a separate entrance for Owner use. During your stay I'm living onsite in our own 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of back house, Mostly I'll greet you in person(If I'm out, there is a self-check-in system) and offer whatever I may help, with 2 years living in Merida, It will be nice to share my experience of traveling, living, renting, buying, renovation in Yucatan with you. My son is 4.5 years old, he will be happy to meet people from different countries as well.
