Minimum 30 days due to local regulations. Stay with a Superhost! 5BR basement suite to relax while enjoying Vancouver. PARTIES OR EVENTS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. But a good place to relax. It looks exactly as pictured. Most everything you need is here and we are available to provide other items if you have a special request. *note that bedroom #5 is a shared room with 2 separate beds and has privacy drapes between the 2 sleeping areas. So it's 6 bedrooms if these are considered as 2 bedrooms. The space This is a great home base while exploring Vancouver. Its a basement suite, but only down 3 steps, so there are still large windows as shown. There's even an outdoor patio area (see pics). This is a basic place that has the essentials that you need. Other items available upon request. Let us know if you need anything specific and we'll do our best. All kitchenware is provided, utensils, glasses, microwave, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker etc... All cookware is provided. There are 3 full bathrooms. All have toilet and sink and bathtub/shower. Wifi included of course. Flat screen TV in living room. Another flat screen TV mounted in the 2nd living room as pictured. This space is normally used as student housing. It is of average quality and students live upstairs. This is not a good place if you are seeking luxury, or have issues with hearing people walking in the main floor of the house above. Living Room #2 has a pullout sofabed for 2 people (this is the orange couch in the pictures). A futon sofa that converts to sleeping for 2 people can also be placed in Living Room #1 with advance notice if desired. Guest access You have access to the suite and the side patio (entryway to the suite as shown in the pics). Laundry room (free laundry) is for your exclusive use. No laundry after 10pm please. Other things to note Outdoor security cameras in use at this property.
