Two Trees Lake Huron Cottage, dog friendly

Two Trees is a light-filled home on Lake Huron that is a perfect spot for couples, small families, and solo travelers. Situated on a wooded lot, Two Trees sleeps four, and has a freshly updated kitchen and bathroom. The path to our private, sandy beach winds through the woods and down 38 stone steps - which are challenging for some. The house is a short drive to Lumberman's Memorial, Sturgeon Point Lighthouse, and Dinosaur Gardens. It is near US 23; there will be road noise. The space Guests have the house to themselves. Park right out front where there is space for multiple cars. The house has a wood-burning fireplace and a charcoal grill. Yes! We have a sandy beach. Take the stone steps through a beautiful wooded path. Beach chairs are available for your use. Please bring your own beach towels, beach toys, and charcoal. The path to beach is on a hill; it may be a challenge for some guests. Guest access Guests at Two Trees have full use of the large yard surrounding the house, and the patio out back. There are chairs at the beach for your use. They can also be used around the bonfire pit that is in a clearing on the beach. We have a shed that we keep locked. We have a farm house on the property, and we are often there. We are available by phone and text to answer questions. Other things to note Two Trees has a well-equipped kitchen with a full-sized stove/oven, large refrigerator and dishwasher. It has a Cuisinart coffee maker, electric tea kettle and large barbecue grill. We provide coffee, tea and condiments, i.e., mustard, ketchup, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and many spices. We don't have a microwave. It does not have air conditioning. Two fans are provided. Two Trees is near the road, and there is road noise. Our private beach is a three-minute walk down a wooded path with 38 steps. You will cross railroad tracks to get to the beach.
