This newly built rental is a second floor open concept unit suitable for 2- 4 guests and boasts an expansive view of Kiwassa Lake, which is part of the Saranac Chain of Lakes. Guests will enjoy their own unit complete with living area, kitchen, balcony with private seating overlooking lake with sunset views of Kiwassa Lake. Log beams, vaulted ceilings and knotty pine interior make it feel modern and cozy at the same time. Sleeping area has a full size and queen size bed. Living and Dining Room Combination has two sliding doors leading to the balcony facing a view of the lake. It also has a seating area with two couches, and a dining table with chairs. Bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower/bathtub. Guest access Guests are able to access the entire unit on the 2nd floor. Guests will have direct waterfront access to Kiwassa Lake. In addition, guests will have access to boat rentals on-site. Other things to note There is WiFi access but not cable TV in the unit - most guests LOVE this.
