Modern, Spacious Condo near the Beach!

This is a spacious condominium built on two levels (level 1&2) and it is part of the Madeira Beach Yacht Club Condominiums. It is remodeled and furnished in contemporary style. Five minutes walk to the lovely beach and shopping across the street. The space At the entrance there is a large screened patio. The main level has a dining, room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a ½ bathroom. The bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer are on the second floor. The unit has central air conditioning and fans in every room. Everything is in perfect working condition. Beside fridge, freezer and stove, dishwasher, in the kitchen you can find a blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mixer and all dishes necessary for cooking and having meals at home. The granite countertop serves also as a bar where you can sit from the living room. A 55’’ 4K- UHD TV, a DVD player and a CD & radio entertainment system are set beside the fireplace in the living room. There is cable TV and Netflix on both TVs. Two extendable sofas and all necessary bedding make two cozy beds if needed. The dining room allows six people to sit comfortably around a very attractive table. The master bedroom is very large having a sitting area with a comfortable love-seat and a 42’’ TV. The bed is queen size. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a desk for a laptop set up for your convenience. Guest access Everything is accessible to guests except for two storage cabinets. There are cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner available for guests in case they need them. A gas grill is available to guests, but there is a specific request to clean it after it has been used. Other things to note The Condominium bylaws state that pets are not allowed. We would charge a damage deposit fully refundable at the end of the stay.
