My Duplex Casita with roof garden is four blocks from the city square and Santa Lucia , the grand wide Boulevard Poseo Montejo with beautiful architecture, ,excellent restaurants ,art galleries .The airport is 20 minutes Taxis are cheap The Casita a private duplex with three lovely spacious rooms..A large Sitting room, Master Suite and Sunroom /dining room all with high ceilings, colour comfort Super Kitchen 2 Bathrooms and a Roof Garden plus gorgeous New Pool and sun deck. The space As my guest in the Casita I LIKE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SAME LUXURY AND COMFORT FOR LIVING IN THIS THREE ROOM DUPLEX AS I HAVE IN MY LOVELY HOUSE next door ...... THERE IS BRIGHT SAFFRON YELLOW PRETTY SITTING ROOM with big comfortable armchairs a deep sleep sofa .... colourful Persian rug,..... big TV that provides Netflix and drinks tray for cocktails before you are off to dinner in one of our excellent restaurants -- THE MASTER SUITE with twin beds side by side has a big armchair for reading and charming camel back two seater sofa and 2 big closets --- with attached is a dressing room with chest of drawers , a bathroom with shower and big well lighted mirror and a separate toilet room --- Upstairs is a SUNROOM DINING ROOM with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors leading out to a small terrace.---- In the sunroom there is a dining table for 6 with chairs and comfortable big rattan chairs for lounging and ---- across one entire side on the sunroom is a wide blues white and patterned banquette stacked with deep comfy red and blue pillows which allows one or two single beds for sleeping ------ just off this sunroom is a fully equipped brand NEW KITCHEN and off the kitchen small full 2ND BATHROOM with shower --- - Outside the glass doors to the right there are six steps up to the ROOF GARDEN ... Climbing the arbors of the roofgarden are Bougainvillea with flowers in reds, yellows that mix in with the flower boxes and brilliant tropical blooms . There are two elegant trees of Fleur di Mayo or frangipani with scented blooms from may till november and a small- Flamboyan tree ---- ---- two chaises with blue and white striped seat pads that go with the bright blue overhead awning for sun protection a small table for outdoor dining .. After a hot day exploring its a lovely place to relax with a long cold drink looking at the stars and enjoying the night life of Merida WANT TO SWIM after a hot day exploring Merida we have added a deep BLUE AND WHITE ROOF POOL with large white sun deck under a striped sun sail for protection ..... the deck is planted with cactus and tropical plants JUST CROSS THE ENTRANCE INTERIOR GARDEN through the gate up the stairs and you have a SUPER POOL AND A LARGE SUNDECK to spend a relaxing day .
