"Panatola Studio 2-The Lookout” Private studio with spectacular vistas of the Great Sound and Jews Bay. An ideal holiday retreat located in a desirable neighbourhood of Southampton, within walking distance to Horseshoe Bay Beach, Lighthouse, Turtle Hill golf course, restaurants and the Fairmont Southampton Hotel. The space The studio is part of a main house but has it's own private entrance. The view is spectacular, you can sit on the adirondack chairs provided on your own patio with a glass of wine or cup of coffee and just enjoy the sail boats passing by and Dockyard far in the distance. The room has been beautifully decorated with lots of natural light to welcome visitors with a comfortable queen size bed,. There is a desk and wifi for your convenience if you need to do some work while visiting. Amazon Fire TV available where you can enter your Netflix or Prime account and enjoy your movies or series. For your comfort there is AC, heating and a ceiling fan. A small kitchen has been added for quick meal preparations. It comes with a small refrigerator, small sink, electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and french press for coffee, as well as pots, pans, kitchenware and tableware. There is a table with chairs for your meal times. The bathroom is very spacious with 2 sinks, shower and a separate bath tub, beach towels, bath towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. The property has an e-car charger (3 prong outlet/socket). Please make sure to inform this when renting a vehicle. Lots of parking space for scooters or electric cars. Since the studio is on the top floor just be aware that there are stairs you need to climb. There is also a local App (Hitch Bermuda) that you can choose to download. It's best to pre-arrange pick up in advance. *Upon request, I offer to pick up few groceries (or you can use Dropit app for delivery). I'll have the receipts for you. *Spacious driveway to park scooters, twizzies or Bermis (charger on location) *Your personal laundry is available for a small fee of $20 per load.
