Home in Bothell

My split-level home is situated near downtown Bothell. The room is downstairs and fits two people comfortably in two twin beds. You will have access to a SHARED BATHROOM (when the room next door is rented) with a jetted tub, galley kitchen, and washer/dryer for your use. The space The room is in the downstairs area of my split-level home. Your hosts live upstairs with their two pug dogs. The room has two twin beds. There is no TV in any of the bedrooms, but the wifi is good enough to watch shows on your own laptop/tablet. In 2014, I added extra insulation between the upstairs and downstairs to help dampen any noise in the bedrooms. As stated in the "Other Details to Note" section, there is a bedroom next door that is also for rent here on Air BnB. So, you will have to share the bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the full bathroom downstairs, galley kitchen with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, electric hot water pot for tea and coffee, and full size washer/dryer. If you need anything like a blow dryer, iron/ironing board, please just ask. Parking on the street is available. During your stay I live upstairs with my husband and our two pug dogs. If you need anything while you're here, please feel free to come up and ask. There is a gate at the top of the stairs to keep the pugs from going downstairs. And, although we have dogs, we do NOT allow guests with pets in our home. Sorry. Other things to note There is an additional room for rent downstairs that shares the bathroom with you when rented. Even with this, there is still privacy on this floor and all bedrooms and the bathroom have locking doors. I may come downstairs occasionally to use the clothes washer/dryer, but I tend do so so during the day while you are most likely out of the house so as not to disturb your privacy.
