The space The house is a mixture of modern art and contemporary Mexican art, every detail was carefully chosen to create a friendly, modern, eclectic environment resulting in a unique space that invites relaxation, creativity and good living. Its steel beams create an open space with an infinite panoramic view of the sea, giving the feeling of intimacy with the water. Its steel structure, Chukum, Tzalam wood, the ladder ropes and the polycarbonate in the main entrance fill the house with light, modernity, art and genius. The romanticism and softness of the finish on the walls with wood and natural ropes evoke a harmonious feeling with a Tulum-Chic twist. The main room with its open kitchen, its large dining table that blends with the outdoors and the sea breeze is an invitation to coexist and share warm moments with style. The spacious rooms with ensuite bathroom, allow privacy, comfort, guaranteeing a full rest. The Rooftop dressed in white Chukum with the blue of the sky and the sea, allows you to sunbathe for long hours either in the sun or in the shade of its majestic pergola woven with jungle lianas reflecting amazing shadows making it the perfect set up for taking the most memorable pictures with the greatest privacy. The house was created with love, to meet family and friends, a small paradise in a majestic bay, a sacred place for turtles that year after year return to nest in the same place. Other things to note We are experiencing a sargassum situation, we prefer to be upfront and let you know that we do have sargassum on our beach, however, we are at a walking distance from Akumal Bay, where there is less sargassum.
