#3 New Luxury apartment steps to the beach!

If you are looking to party and get wild…this is NOT the place for you! QUIET AND CHILL GUESTS ONLY PLEASE! This cozy apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, AC and a closet. There is a living room with a sofa, ceiling fan, AC, a flat screen tv as well as a small fold out ottoman bed suitable for a child. There is a fully equipped kitchen with eating area and full bathroom with LED mirror. There are 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler…enjoy! The space Looking for guests with a laid back vibe. If you are chill, relaxed and looking for a great place to stay we are the right choice. If you are loud, like to complain or looking to party we are NOT the right property for you. Happy to announce our solar powered system with back up batteries. Located on a safe, quiet cul de sac with plenty of parking and close to the beach. On the third floor we have a new 21 and over/adult only rooftop patio/pool. No guests under the age of 21 are allowed past the second floor of the property. We have 3 other patios that are open to all guests. Our 7 unit complex consists of private, fully furnished 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that are completely equipped. We are a 7 minute drive to BQN and a 2 minute drive to restaurants, nightlife and Jobos beach...relax in style! Guest access On the third floor we have a new 21 AND OVER/ADULT ONLY rooftop patio with infinity pool. It is shared by any of our guests over the age of 21. No guests under the age of 21 are allowed above the second floor of the property. Guests of all ages will have access to our 3 patio/courtyards on the property as these are common areas. Our large entry courtyard has our new and beautiful outdoor shower! There are outdoor lounge chairs, sofa and relaxing hanging egg...if you want to hang out, read a book or take a nap. Our middle courtyard has another outdoor shower, sitting area, bike rack and surf board racks. Our third patio has a propane BBQ area, tables, and chairs. Buen Provecho! Other things to note All of our apartments have complimentary Tommy Bahamas Beach chairs and matching umbrella. The beach right next to our property is extremely quiet and empty. There is quite a bit of coral so it is better for walking along and sunbathing. There are some swim holes but please be careful of the coral. Once on the beach if you walk right it takes you directly to Jobos Beach. Turn left and you will be at Shacks Beach. If you keep walking past Shacks Beach it takes you to Survival Beach. Our beach is connected to 4 miles of uninterrupted beaches that are clean and pristine! Happy travels!
