A cozy and fully equipped apartment in a privileged location for exploring Habana Vieja. The neighborhood is safe both day and night and everything you need is very close by. The apartment is just a few steps to Plaza Vieja. A perfect location from which to explore Havana on foot. - 1-bedroom apartment, living room, small fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with shower (see pictures) - 1 double bed (bedroom) + 1 sofa bed for 1 or 2 people (living room) – television - air conditioning The apartment is completely independent with one bedroom and in-suite bathroom, a living room, bathroom, and kitchen. On the 3rd floor (no elevator). There is a phone in the apartment which can be used to make local calls or receive calls. We are a German-Cuban couple (Birgit & Francisco), a translator and a photographer. We live here for 2 or 3 months each year and rent the apartment the rest of the time. So we won't be there during your stay, but Francisco's mother will greet you and help with everything. Breakfast, meals, and cleaning on request. The apartment is located just a few steps from Plaza Vieja and Plaza San Francisco in the very heart of the old town. A perfect apartment for people looking to explore Havana on foot - only a short walk to all sites in Havana Vieja and the Centro. The building has a splendid rooftop. Taxis can be found across San Francisco square, just a few meters away. Public transportation (to Santa Maria beach for example) is within easy walking distance. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom (which is why we recommend this apartment for 2 guests, or a family or close friends, because guests sleeping on the sofa-bed need to pass through the bedroom to reach the bathroom). The apartment's windows are at the back of the building, so the apartment is very quiet (despite its central location, but there is no car traffic on the street, and cool, but unfortunately the living room is a little dark during the day) This makes it ideal for exploring the city during the day and sleeping well at night.
