Colonia Cuauhtémoc is one of the nicest (and safest) of the city and it is also absolutely central. Whether it's with a cup of tea or a computer in your lap, the leafy decked patio offers a serene space to bring in the day. The space The apartment is located on a quiet street, less than a mile from all the must see sites in Mexico City (the Anthropology, Modern Art and Rufino Tamayo Museums) and the historic center (Bellas Artes, Zocalo and Templo Mayor Pyramid), as well as the best restaurants and shops. Grab a public bike for a ride or just enjoy a very nice walk through Reforma Avenue. 5 minute walk to all public transportation: city bikes stations, bus and subway (Sevilla & Insurgentes metro stops) Walking distance to Polanco, Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. With a 24hr. grocery store, bookshops, coffee shops, cinemas, and great restaurants around the corner. Still, the apartment is conveniently located not in the core of the fuzz, but just three blocks away to keep your morning and evening hours at home nice and calm. The apartment has: 52" LED flat screen and cable HD, Netfllix, in the living room 1 bedroom (King size bed / closet / flat screen TV with Roku. Netflix, DisneyPlus etc) 1 bedroom (Full size bed / closet) Fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso coffee machine) Towels and fresh linings 2 bathrooms with shower Washer & dryer machine 2 private terraces Hammock High-speed WiFi 24hr doorman. Optionally with extra cost, I can organize a cleaning lady to come one day during your stay. She´ll clean and make the bed for you, and take care of all plants, so you don´t have to worry about anything. Is necessary to arrange this cleaning service in advance (one week before the check in) I also live and work in the neighborhood so I´m always available by phone on short notice and I´ll be glad to recommend you the best places around! Guest access I usually greet my guests personally. If this is not possible, I will send you instructions on how to enter the apartment. Other things to note We may ask for guest names and IDs if requested by building management. Typically, this is not required.
