Ahh! Beautiful Bermuda Cottage. ‘Lemon Drop’.

Lemon Drop is a lovely and peaceful cottage designed for a perfect stay. Ideal for the solo vacationer, couple or 3 people. The living room has a good quality queen sofa bed and a double click clack style sofa bed. The bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with a well stocked kitchenette. The cottage is fully air-conditioned with benefits of ceiling fans. There is wood parquet floor, tiled bathrooms and custom roman blinds throughout. Own private garden and use of the pool. The space The bathrooms and kitchenette are tiled. The bedroom has a queen-sized wrought-iron bed with a very comfortable mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, shower, and basin. This bedroom is nicely furnished with a solid wood dresser, an armoire, a chair, side tables, lamps, and other storage areas. There is also a well-stocked tray on top of the dresser to have tea/coffee and snacks. French doors from the bedroom lead to an enclosed grassed courtyard garden with a gas BBQ, seating with 4 very comfortable chairs, and a table to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink or meal. There are also many extra items including coolers. Not far from the garden and behind the cottage there is a pump room that is also used to store supplies for the guests to use. These include the outside table umbrella, chair seat cushions, beach supplies, coolers, vacuum, and cleaning products. There is a stackable washer/laundry center situated in the pump room. This is handy for guests who wish to stay more than a few days. There is also a hanging line in the garden. The laundry center is well stocked with laundry detergent and other supplies. Inside the cottage and just off the queen bedroom, there is a kitchenette with a 2 burner cooktop, Kitchen Aid countertop oven, microwave under-counter fridge, and stainless steel sink. The kitchenette is equipped with cooking pans and utensils, crockery, cutlery, a toaster, an electric kettle, and more. Another countertop fridge has just been added for the convenience of our guests. The living room has a handsome good quality queen-size pull-out sofa-bed, plus a double click clack sofa bed and a rattan coffee table with a circular glass top. There is also a glass-top bar-height round dining table and 2 stools to enjoy your meals and beverages. Enjoy watching your favorites from the 50-inch LED TV with Netflix. Leading from the living room is the spacious main bathroom that has a tiled large walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink with the provision of toiletries and plenty of beach/pool/bath towels. This is also where the iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and more cleaning supplies are kept. There are ample storage drawers to place personal items. Requests can be made to provide portable beds for infants and high chair. There is plenty of parking spaces for mopeds and twizzy electric cars. Our registered guests have full access and use of the shared swimming pool that is located on the lower level of GateHouse (This is the Main House on the 2 Acre Property). Gate House Villa is mainly resided by its owners and when they are traveling, this is available as a luxury rental for other registered guests. Both properties can be rented at the same time subject to availability. Guest access It just takes a few minutes to access the large swimming pool from Lemon Drop. This pool and surrounding area has unobstructed views of The Great Sound. All guests are welcome to borrow pool floaters and paddles for kayaking. It is very important to return and wipe clean any equipment that is borrowed and placed back in its right place. There is an opening from the main garden on the property that leads on to the Bermudas historic Railway Trail. Great for nature walks and running. You also have access to our small shared beach and dock that is situated at the end of our road and at the beautiful Ely's Harbour. Awesome area for kayaking and watching stunning sunsets. Just a a few minutes walk from the cottage. Lemon Drop has its own private enclosed garden that comes equipped with outdoor furniture, BBQ, coolers, clothes line and outdoor umbrella. Other things to note The property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to new arrivals. This includes all linens and accent assessories such as cushions. The hosts are always reachable to address concerns and requests.
