The space This cozy house is located on one of the streets of pure Cuban flavor in Downtown Havana, just meters from the Havana Esplanade. It is a house with large windows that fill the room with light and fresh air. The living room, dining room, balcony and hallways leading to the rooms are available to our guests. To make your stay pleasant we offer: • Two bedrooms with a private bathroom. • Hot and cold water • Air conditioning • Fan • Space to store your belongings with a hanger. • Television. • Refrigerator. • Room service every other day, or at the guest's request according to their comfort. • Delicious breakfasts at the customer's request (extra charge). In the living room there is furniture to sit and talk, play dominoes, with television in addition to the one you can enjoy, ventilation and a view of the daily life of the neighborhood residents. Room 1 has a hanger to store your belongings, a private bathroom with hot and cold water, air conditioning (split), a fan, a night table, a double bed and a single bed with capacity for 3 people. It has access to an excellent private balcony where you can enjoy the city's daily life and the Havana Malecón. Room 2 does not have a balcony. We are at your disposal whenever you need us, offering you any indication or information you want to know about the city. We will give you all the tips for a pleasant stay during your visit. Guest access Guests can access spaces in the house such as the balcony, living room, dining room, side hallway. We offer breakfast services according to your needs and upon request. Changing sheets and towels is included in the cost, as well as cleaning the rooms. The building is located less than 100 m from the public WIFI area.
