The space This private Beachside Cabana offers a spacious and comfortable one-bedroom suite designed exclusively for couples. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom with two closets, a full gourmet kitchen, and a large living room that opens to a covered side terrace surrounded by tropical plants—a cozy, private space to enjoy throughout your stay. The cabana includes a full laundry area next to the bathroom, a welcoming dining room, and a convenient office/reading nook. Guests also have access to board games and light reading material, along with beach items such as volleyball, beach racket balls, frisbee, and a fútbol. For those who enjoy staying active, the cabana also provides light exercise equipment, including a jump rope, elastic resistance bands, and more. With thoughtful amenities and a breezy coastal feel, this cabana provides a private and well-equipped home base just steps from Isla Verde’s best beaches. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Beachside Cabana and all outdoor amenities, including the private pool, gazebo, terrace, and garden areas. No indoor or outdoor spaces of the cabana are shared with anyone else during your stay. The property can be accessed by vehicle through the electrical gate or on foot through the pedestrian gate. You will receive a portable remote for the main gate, and an indoor fixed remote is available inside the cabana. A lockbox outside the pedestrian gate is provided for self check-in when needed and for convenient beach access without carrying the house key. One gated parking space is reserved for guests. The only shared area on the property is a second exterior parking space that the host may use if needed. Everything else is fully private for your stay. Other things to note ⛱️ Guest Beach Gear We provide one large beach towel per registered guest. There is a rolling cooler available for use upon request. Beach lounges and umbrellas are available for rent at both beaches. 🔆 Speacial Requests: Special requests may be arranged and/or considered for extra fee- just ask. ⚜️Please remember that the cabana is designed exclusively for couples and is fully private during your stay. ⚠️Safety Considerations (for transparency): • During mango season, mangoes can fall from the tree in the front area. • The electric gate for vehicles does not have an auto-reverse sensor, since it’s constantly used by cars and pedestrians. • Some areas inside have slightly uneven flooring due to the age of the home. ⏰ Early Check-In: • Requests for early check-ins must be made in advance. • Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM: $100 fee (subject to availability). • Early check-in between 8:00 AM and 11:00AM: $200 fee (subject to availability). ⏰Late Check-Out: • Requests for late check-outs must be made in advance. • Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM: $100 fee (subject to availability). • Stays beyond 2:00 PM will require booking an additional night.
