The space The apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin-size sofa bed, accommodating up to 3 people. Includes sheets, towels, covers and very comfortable pillows. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses and basic cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower, hot water, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Other amenities include: Smart TV with Roku, complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and a closet with shelves. Guest access This apartment is in a building dedicated to vacation rentals, with two floors which guarantees you more privacy and tranquility. To get to this apartment it is not necessary to use stairs because it is on the first floor. The area is residential, very safe and perfect for rest and enjoy without worries. Upon arrival, you will find the main gate with a lockbox where the key is, facilitating your entry to both the building and your apartment. For added security, all common areas are protected with grilles and locks, providing a safe and comfortable environment during your stay. Other things to note ✔ We do not have common recreational areas (swimming pool, gym, BBQ). ✔ Electricity, water, and internet services are provided by Puerto Rico's public utility.
