Lakefront Apartment,free hot tub, kayak, sup board

My place is only boat access but walking distance to Santa Cruz Village (20 minutes walk) and public transport by boat. We offer now food on demand (we need 4 hours head up) we are plant based menus. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and digital nomads. Still, it is very quiet and in nature. Not adapted for persons that have difficulties to walk around or to climb steps and trails. I love Sunsets so I build it to share my passion with you. Very clean water to swim as well. The space This apartment is spacious, Grand apartment 1 has a large king bed, separate toilet with sink, shower. Small kitchen but well set up with fridge with frozen compartment, four burner stove with oven. All you need to cook for two persons. We provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee , teas. The apartment has its own private terrace to enjoy the sunset and a place to sunbath privately. Easy to get in from Panajachel and walking distance from Restaurants. Most of the visitors end up extending their stay because of the beauty and comfort. This apartment is the same as another one on the same spot so you can be attributed either this one or the other one. We have also to purchase sodas, mineral water, wine red and white, springles. The Grand Apartment is located at 96 steps from the lake level. Kids under 15 not allowed We are not responsible if the electricity, internet or water goes out. These are conditions beyond our reach, we are in a third world country and the systems cannot be fully guaranteed. Guest access The guests will access the waterfront with its sun chairs, our two piers, the lake, kayak double seater and 4 paddle boards, hot tub at 1700 when weather allows it. Sauna on Wednesday and Saturday. Other things to note Other things to note Please be aware that we have three resident cats who roam freely around the property. While some may enjoy being petted, interactions are at your own risk. We cannot guarantee against bites or scratches, so we encourage you to approach them with caution. At Lake Atitlan, it is common during high winds season, heavy storms, or high season, for there to be electricity outages because the grid is not strong enough and sometimes the electrical transformers are overloaded or threes fall on lines. These situations are out of our hands but we have protocols to report it to the electrical company as soon as they happen. To counteract the inconveniences that this may cause, we have a generator that is used in a rationed manner to ensure that the house has basic services, until the electricity is restored. When we don't have electricity no WIFI, no hot water. We always appreciate your understanding.
