There is a nearby restaurant called El Patrón that is between the federal and highway roads about 3 kilometers away that is very decent. During your stay The owners, who are a married couple, are personally dedicated to serving guests, having hot water ready, providing chairs and tables, etc. Breakfast for 6 people is included in the price: eggs, quesadillas, beans, fruit, sweet bread and coffee. Raúl is the main host and has been named a "Superhost" Other things to note Wear a sweater or jacket for the night and a raincoat if you are going to go to the firefly sighting that is during June, July and August. The firefly forest is about 3 kilometers from the house, and they charge 250-300 pesos per person for the excursion they choose. This price is not included in the rental fee. You enter the site by car to the parking lot and from there you have to walk. The walks are done with a trained guide. It is recommended to start the visit to the forest at 7 pm a little before nightfall, to appreciate the forest and on the way back see the fireflies. It is a very pleasant and rewarding natural spectacle.
