It is part of Los Tules, one of Puerto Vallarta’s most prestigious resorts, known for its prime location in the heart of the Hotel Zone, its expansive 20-acre grounds, and nearly 1,000 feet of beautiful beachfront. The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests maximum. Important – Only guests looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay are welcome. – Pets are not allowed. The space This cozy apartment is located on the second floor (please note there is no elevator, access is by stairs). It offers a beautiful view of the beach and includes a living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and 2 terraces where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. Important Notes – The availability, opening, or closing of amenities and common areas (such as pools and beach access) may change without prior notice. These situations are outside of our control. – The apartment is located in one of the most popular areas of Puerto Vallarta. There may be construction or other circumstances beyond our reach. We are not responsible for noise or similar situations. What We Provide We supply the basics to get you started during your stay: Bathrooms – 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom – 1 shampoo (approx. 100 ml) – 1 body soap – 1 towel per person Kitchen – Dish soap, cloth, and sponge Cleaning supplies – Broom and mop If you need additional products, we will gladly provide them at cost. Payment is made in cash upon delivery. We want you to feel at home and enjoy a simple, relaxing stay by the beach, surrounded by the beauty of Puerto Vallarta. Upon arrival at Los Tules, you must go to reception to register. We will be waiting for you in the Lobby, where you will receive instructions, the keys, and a tour of the apartment. You will also be given a welcome form that must be read carefully and signed. Inside the apartment, you will find a manual with house rules and additional information. Please take a moment to review it so your stay is smooth and enjoyable. Check-In and Assistance – Standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. – Any other check-in times must be arranged in advance, as the property may be occupied. – Both check-in and check-out must be done in person by the account holder who made the reservation. Any services requested outside of the platform are considered external, and we cannot take responsibility for misunderstandings or issues that arise outside Airbnb.
