Ocean view studio w/balcony

My place is right on the beach, with great views, near by family-friendly activities (ex. Wet n wild park, jungle tours, snorkeling tours, etc), bus stop right in front to move around. You’ll love my place because It is a recent renovated studio, the beach is the best in Cancun and it is a great place to relax and enjoy the caribbean sea!. The space The studio is a modern style but very comfortable, it is a one open area with two double beds, from under one of the dpuble beds comes out a base with a single bed, it has a small kitchen a dinning table with chairs for it. One bathroom, which is not part of the open space, it is independent within the room. It has a small balcony from where you have a beautiful view of the Caribbean sea and the Nichupte lagoon. Guest access The studio is designed to host 4 adults and one additional child. During your stay you will have access at all times to the full studio with the keys that I will deliver upon your arrival or the electronic lock code. The studio has a small kitchen with an electric burner top, refrigerator and microwave so you can prepare some meals if you prefer. You will also have access to the public resort areas, like the pool, the beach and the jacuzzi. Their sun beds and sun roofs! You also have the option to simply prepare your meals at the studio or go out to the great variety of restaurants in Cancun. You can take food or drinks to the swiming pool or beach area (Glass is not allowed) if you wish. Additional to eating at the studio or going out to restaurants, you have a resort that offers you the choice to access an all inclusive service (Additional to the listed Price) if you want to (Even in a daily basis for you to decide). Restaurants and bars at the resort only serve under the all inclusive service. There is a Starbucks inside the resort that sells to the public. Upon arrival I will provide a braselet to all guests so you can move around the resort freely and enjoy the beautiful beach and the pool areas! :) Other things to note There is a parking lot available for guests, although it is very safe, it is important not to leave valuable things inside as I cannot be responsible for anything stollen and damage to your vehicle during your stay.
