The space Located in a strategic spot (Av. Lardizabal), this apartment is an ideal home base for those coming for work to Ciudad Industrial, Tlaxco, Huamantla, or Ciudad Judicial. Bedrooms: 2 private bedrooms with new queen-size beds and an additional sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen: Forget about spending too much on restaurants; we have a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and basic cooking utensils. Connectivity: Smart TV with Amazon Prime and high-speed Wi-Fi. Logistics: Forget the car. There's an Oxxo half a block away, a Soriana three blocks away, and local shops (tortillerias and stores) right across the street. It is a bright space with natural ventilation and direct views of the main avenues surrounding the city center. Other things to note Regarding parking and the surrounding area: Although we do not have private parking, the area is exceptionally quiet and safe. As this is a corner property, you will always find available space right in front of or next to the entrance (our neighbors and we ourselves park our cars outside with complete peace of mind). Transparency note: Downstairs, there is a viewing room. It's important to note that it has very little traffic and is an extremely quiet commercial area, so it won't interfere with your rest or privacy; on the contrary, it ensures that you won't have noisy neighbors downstairs.
